IES Au Pairs is a UK based Au Pair agency, with an active presence in Scandinavia, Germany, Holland and the USA. We provide a caring service of high quality and take very seriously the requirement to carefully match the needs of our au pairs with those of our families. We provide support to help our au pairs settle in, arrange social and other events in order for them to meet other au pairs.
We run our own language tuition classes (TESOL) to help au pairs improve their English.. We also provide help and support to our families, to ensure that all parties involved get the most out of the experience. The Agency maintains an open door policy and both au pairs and families may contact us for confidential help and advice.
IES Au Pairs has over fifteen years specialist recruitment experience and over ten years experience teaching English to speakers of other languages. We are fully experienced with bringing people together of similar interests and aspirations. Although we specialise in the recruitment of au pairs from Sweden, we do from time to time recruit au pairs from other countries if we get a specific request. We have embraced fully the new technologies and from time to time undertake interviews via electronic video conferencing systems.
